*Prices including breakfast and a parking license. Visitor’s tax at € 1,90 per person/day is not included. No pets allowed!

 

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation preferably has to be in writing or e-mail message.
• In case of reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the date of arrival (12 pm) there is no refund of the down payment of 25%.
• Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will incur a 75% charge of the total price.
• Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total price.
• In case of a ‘no show’ or early check out there will be a 100% charge and there are no refunds.
• In all above mentioned cases the obligation of the owner to deliver the room ceases.
• The rental agreement is not transferable to other than tenant mentioned in the contract.
• We recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance with your insurance company, within a few days after receiving the confirmation contract.
